My background is in Organisational Psychology — I hold an MA from Jagiellonian University. That foundation shapes how I approach every brief: not just matching CVs to job descriptions, but understanding what a person needs to thrive in a role.
I founded Joanna Black Recruitment in 2015 after working inside specialist multilingual agencies. I went independent because I wanted to give every client and every candidate my full attention — not split across 40 open roles at once.
